Nooka Watches - Glow in the Dark

This news is truly a time-stealer! Our favourite brand of watch, Nooka overhauled its Zub watch to give it a Glow in the Dark finish. The classy Zub series even got more hyped and funky as the company replaced its strap with a special luminous light emitting material.

Zub’s unique and abstract manner of time-telling using changing LED bars to tell time is of course still there, but the Glow in the Dark finish more than compliments the original design. So if anybody would tell you that these Nooka watches are bold, daring, fashion forward and futuristic – they surely aren’t lying.

Now what’s with the hype and the apparent royalty of this new watch? Well primarily, since this watch was made to honour the successful Glow in the Dark Tour featuring Kanye West, N*E*R*D, Lupe Fiasco and Rihanna, it should really be something special. The watches were given to the artists and few people behind the concert after the show in Las Vegas. There are only 15 pieces of this special edition watch made, so you currently have no choice but to wait your time to have one of these. But if artist Kayne West already has one and since a lot of people are already talking about it, what’s stopping Nooka from releasing it to the public?

New Bape LA Store Opening

Nigo has finalled opened he's newest Bape store in LA. The opening of the new store saw the likes of N*E*R*D, Mike Tyson, Takashi Murakami, Kaws and many more who were invited.
This new store features very unique design with the usage of neon lights, conveyor belts and heaps of Bape camo pattern decor scattered around the store.
Past store openings have been accompanied by a commemorative t-shirt and the same happened for the Los Angeles Location.
The Bape LA store also released the new exclusive Roadsta in an orange/purple colorway.

The people at Supreme have updated their online store making it much more functional. They have also added more items such as the their 5 panel caps, new shirts, bags, Kermit doll, plus more.

Reebok Reverse Jam Mid x Monopoly Kicks

There has been alot of hype lately with Reebok Pumps and Alife collaborations. Here is a new Reebok colab that is sure to turn head.
Reebok has joined its heads with Parker Brothers to bring us the Reebok Reverse Jam Mid x Monopoly sneaks. There will be three kicks dropped in this collaboration series, featuring the monopoly board, monopoly tokens and monopoly money.
Each sneaker with a unique colourway and design will be dropping later this year, so keep a keen eye out for them.

Kid Robot has just released some brand new tees for their 2008 Spring/Summer collection. The new additions are three limited edition tees, designed by Japanese duo, Mad Barbarians and Rank Kozik. Their crazy designs and colourful work are sure to create a stir.

Ato Matsumoto Sneakers

Peep at them sneakers. Designed by Japanese designer, Ato Matsumoto and rocked by Kanye West in his "stronger" video clip, these sneakers have had some massive hype. The "space" style sneakers with double straps look alot like Marty's sneakers in "Back to the Future".

They are constructed out of both patent leather and regular premium leather, coming in red, black, white and even silver.

These are only available in Japan at the moment and have created alot of interest.
